The Shyness Elixir (formerly Communication ) is a blend of Bach Flowers that helps those who do not dare to speak or who forbid themselves to speak true. This elixir helps to communicate emotions and feelings but also to build self-confidence and abilities.
It promotes communication in both the public and private spheres.

Indication

The Shyness Elixir contains the following Bach Flowers :
- Agrimony: help to let your heart speak fully.
- Bruyère: invites us to open ourselves to others.
- Red chestnut: for those who fear to hurt others by their words or their sincerity.
- Larch: promotes self-esteem and confidence in one's abilities and worth. Helps avoid the pitfall of the inferiority complex.
- Mimulus: gives the courage to overcome or pass through the wall of fear.
- Walnut: to ignore or relativize the gravity of the eyes of others, criticisms or judgments.
- Plumbago: gives the confidence to express and assert one's opinions or feelings.

use

  • Occasional use (for occasional problems): take 4 drops several times a day, as long as the need arises.
  • Use as a cure (for chronic conditions or old disorders): take each day
- 4 drops mixed in a glass of water or a drink, to be renewed several times a day
- 12 drops mixed in a bottle, to drink throughout the day.
